Ida is a 10 month old kitten who was brought to Lodi Veterinary Care with a bad fracture in her hip and a abnormal eye. Her owners were unable to give her the care she needed and lovingly decided to give her a Second Chance. Through the Second Chance Fund, Ida was able to have a surgery to repair the broken bone in her hip so she could have a pain free joint. Her abnormal, non-visual eye was also removed to avoid complications in the future. The doctors at Lodi Veterinary Care provided her the necessary surgeries and took care of her medical needs.
Ida has made a wonderful recovery and is a very active, sweet kitty. She is currently getting loving care in a foster home where she gets along well with dogs. She was not a fan of other cats while at the hospital, but she loved playing on the play structures and even started climbing when her doctors agreed she was ready for more activity.
Ida is looking for her Forever Home. She is spayed and current on her vaccinations, dewormed and FELV/FIV negative.
