calendar photo competition

Who can enter? Everyone!

Who can be in the photos? Only companion animals who are depicted in a humane way - such as dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, rabbits, birds, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, chickens and guinea pigs.  No humans please.

What format does my photo need to be in?  Digital color photos only in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) or TIFF (.tif) format only. Photos must be able to enlarge to an 8.5 x 11 size without being distorted/blurry.
Landscape layouts are preferred but if you submit a vertical layout we may crop your photo to fit in landscape form.

How do I Win? 
The picture with the highest donation will be featured on the calendar cover and have his/her own month in full color and receive a free calendar. The next top 11 pictures with the highest donations will be featured on their own month in full color. Pictures 13-24 will have their picture featured in a lighter tone behind the calendar month days and dates. All photos that are submitted with a payment regardless of being in the top 24 will be featured within the calendar collages. 

How much Does it Cost to Enter? 
The minimum amount is $10 but you can donate however much you want! All payments must include your pet's first and last name and your phone number so we can match your donation to your photo. Payments can be received by cash or checks made out to “The Second Chance Fund” at any of the Lodi Veterinary Care clinic locations (Deforest, Portage and Lodi) OR sent by via Paypal to "info@thesecondchancefund.org" for easier convenience!

How many Photos can be Entered? Unlimited amount! ($10 minimum for each photo)

How do I submit my Photos?  Please email all photos in JPEG or TIFF format to thesecondchancecalendar@gmail.com
PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL: 

1. Your pet's first and last name (your last name)

2. Your phone number

3. The amount you donated

4. The method of payment of your donation - cash, check (mail or in clinic), or Paypal.
If donating by cash/check please verify which location you donated (Lodi, Portage or DeForest)

How will I know if I Win? The top 24 winners with the highest donations will receive a congratulatory email! 

IMPORTANT: Any photos that are submitted without payment will not be entered into The Second Chance Fund Calendar. Deadline to enter is OCTOBER 1ST.
